For some reason I start every product search this way. There are times when a 1 star rating is legitimate. Sometimes it's fun to read the ridiculous reasons people come up with to complain.
For example, the first negative review on the Comedy Defensive Driving website simply states:"I didn't like the course."Now that's a bummer! Let's analyze this criticism a little. No reason was given other than that this person did not like the course.
To be effective, communication needs to address two important things: the how and the why. How did you find the course? Why didn't you like it? It is difficult to judge the integrity of an opinion when the comment does not provide a frame of reference.
My favorite negative comment is possibly"N / D."AccordinglyThe Cambridge Dictionary, this abbreviation should be used "when you cannot provide a relevant answer to a question". So there is no real reason for the low ratings. I think they liked it.
Another 1 star gold rating says"It took too long..."Now that this course is required by LAW to be six hours long, it seems only fair for the reviewer to skip it on the defensive ride company. On the other hand, if he had followed any other law, he could have avoided the course altogether...
